Zabbix should be our main monitoring tool at the moment, but the alerts it produces are not clear enough for the SRAM owners to act upon. In this spike, we should look into how to improve it. It is a distinct short-term solution, separate from the longer-term logging and monitoring project (what do we want to log and monitor, how?)
