The file server/config/e2e_config.yml is a copy / paste of test_config.yml, with only a few changes.
We can introduce / implement an override config. If the variable CONFIG_OVERRIDE is set, then we merge that config on top of the default config. This way we only need to put the actual diff in server/config/e2e_config.yml, instead of an entire copy / paste.
